  From start to finish, thanks to Wills and the team at Dave & Buster’s, this night was one to remember! Tonight, my family and I celebrated my son’s birthday, and both the adults and children had an absolute blast! For most places, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Not here! Not only was Wills a fantastic server, but a great human being, proving us top quality customer service from the moment we walked in! Her recommendations were impeccable, displaying both product knowledge and active listening skills - ensuring everyone had what they needed to enjoy their night! Thank you for a wonderful evening, Wills! The Matthews family cannot wait to return, knowing we’ll be in great hands 🙏🏼

  Honestly the perfect spot for a girls’ night out! Between the fun games, great drinks, and surprisingly good food, there’s something for everyone. The vibe is energetic but still relaxed enough to hang out, laugh, and make memories together. Whether you’re competing for prizes, grabbing cocktails, or just catching up over appetizers, it’s such a fun change from the usual dinner plans.   I want to give a big thank you to Jeremy for taking the time to explain the new progressive changes to the games and how everything is evolving for the next generation. He was patient, helpful, and made the transition easy by accepting my old coins and upgrading us to the new system without any stress. It’s great to see a company honoring longtime guests while also moving forward with modern technology. (02-21-2025)

  We had an incredible experience this evening from start to finish! Dinner was wonderful, and our server, Willis, was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and made us feel so well taken care of. We purchased four unlimited play cards, and the kids played for an hour and a half and truly had the time of their lives. When we returned to our table, Willis checked back in and made sure we had fresh drinks. Manager Nader also stopped by to see if we needed plates or a cake cutter for our cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything about the night was fantastic. Thank you for making it such a great experience — we will absolutely be back!

  I will never return to a Dave and Buster's again. This is the second time the company has ripped me off. We came up to spend some time together for Valentine's Day. We went to the bar and order an appetizer and a a few beers before we decided to go play some games for entertainment. After visiting the kiosk to purchase game cards we selected the UNLIMITED play card. The card was promoted as a 90min unlimited play card. It seemed like the best value. Upon using are card we noticed that the card would not work on any of the games. We went back over the the hostess to see what was wrong and she immediately asked us to wait for a manger. The manager came over to ask us what she could help us with. I explained the situation and she said that were no refunds and if I had located the drip down I would have know the unlimited is for the crappy games only. When purchasing the card there are lots of info on unlimited gaming but nothing clearly listed about which games are unlimited. So after hearing this news we were stuck with a $60 card that was basically worthless unless you were a younger child. I asked if the card could be upgraded and I pay the difference. The manager was not willing to do anything to help us. Very poor customer service and very poor business practices. Theft by deception!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. GO TO MAIN EVENT!!!!!
