It's fun overall but everytime we have gone in there have been multiple games that had issues whether they would not read the gamer card or it wouldn't register throwing a ball. This last time was particularly frustrating as the machines at the front would not work to add tokens to the card and no one was around to help. We finally found a machine in the back that worked.

After visiting the location in person and being directed to contact Chelsea, the event manager, I found her to be rude and unhelpful on the phone. The conversation was dismissive, and the call ended abruptly without my questions being answered. Perhaps the company could consider a different person to navigate questions on the phone? Because of this interaction, I will not be booking an event here and chose Main Event instead, where the staff was far more professional and helpful.

He helped us transfer everything on our card quickly and patiently, but more than that, he was genuinely kind, friendly, and clearly cared about making sure we had an awesome experience. You could tell he wasn’t just doing a job, he was passionate about helping people have fun. Even with everything going on around him, he took the time to make us feel taken care of, and that made a huge difference for our family. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have him! Steve @Alpharetta is amazing!
