We waited 5, 10, 15 mins…nobody moving. So at 20 mins I asked why the slow line? “The system is down”. Wow. They kept taking order after order despite not being able to “sell” the food ! I told the manager “give me the food please so they can eat - food is just sitting getting cold”. I was met with the pinnacle of incompetent replies “it’s not our fault”. No - it’s not your fault but it is on you to manage the situation. Shut the doors, make an announcement - or Heaven forbid you just say “take it” to save a customer. The $3 in food they’d give away is better than a permanently lost customer - which my entire family just became. Best of luck Chipotle !

Well used to frequent the one off Windward next to Home Depot, but that location is very poorly run and the place is always a mess so we stopped going. Well, this one is quickly following suit. The food line was a mess, all the meats looked terrible, and the guacamole did not look like Chipotle guacamole. May give this location one more chance at a later time, but Management needs to get this location in order. The standards being set do not appear to be very high at this Chipotle.
