I ordered a burrito, and everything was going well until we got to the fold. Sour cream and queso was everywhere, on top of him not knowing how to fold it. He then started laughing and saying “that’s a wet burrito you’re going to be eating.” Continues to change his gloves and half fold my burrito and shove it in the tin foil. I work in the restaurant business and I understand messing up, but if you know you messed up don’t give it to the guest that ridiculous. After going back up there to ask if I can get it fixed he continues to look at me and say “I told you it was going to be wet” And then make me stand back line to get it fixed. Never retuning to this chipotle

Everytime I visit this location the rice is not fully cooked! The brown or white rice, not sure who is in the kitchen ,but rice especially the brown rice is is always hard and it’s one of the easiest things to cook! I’m going back to the location in Alpharetta on McFarland.

The burrito tasted like they poured a whole bottle of salt into their food. I could only take two bites and had to throw away the burrito. I try not to leave bad reviews but this food was trash tonight! I left a message with the customer support and I'm leaving a review. I'm not sure if it's because it's a Halloween special but they need to fire the cook who made the food tonight! Awful! Stay away if you don't want to waste your money!
