Just remove the drive-through if you don't want to serve people through that. I'd absolutely understand if it was a one-off but just looking at the reviews, definitely not the first time and definitely no consequences whatsoever although it's been happening for months.

Manager should have trained they employees before letting them out to disgracefully yell at customers. Probably the worst Arby’s experience ever.
