  Ordered a hot macchiato and got one that was probably sitting on the side for an hour at least. Coffee was as cold as pulling out of refrigerator. There is no excuse other than making a batch of them and setting aside long before the order comes in.

  Terrible place disgusting and can’t even get the right donut order like how hard is it to pick up the right donut I spent money on and put it in a bag

  I don't go to Dunkin that often but when I do, most of the times, including my latest visit, have been a good experience. I think their regular brewed coffee is really good and its consistent compared to Starbucks and other quick service coffee shops. The donuts are always good but when it comes to just a glazed donut, I honestly have to say I like the glazed donut at Krispy Kreme much better. I tried Dunkin's Veggie Omelet Bite and it was pretty good. I like that it was high in protein and low in calories which gave me a healthier option. The service on my visit was great. I was quickly greeted and the employee made sure I was taken care of.

  Such a hopeless location this is. They are so busy taking orders but don't care about fulfillment. It took 20 mins to get half dozens donuts in person. They don't even look at people inside store. Only care about drive-thru order. They lost my orders. Order slips fly to the floor. Instead of waiting here for long, prefer to go to another 2 miles at different dunkin location. May be this location should have zero star option for service.
