  Talking about not caring nobody cares here start off by placing my order at the end of getting my bowl built the person checking me out just throws the metal plate on the counter and disgust and hands me my food and then I proceed to the most disgusting dining room I’ve ever sat in before in a chipotle. Whoever is in charge of this place should be absolutely embarrassed.

  I came 30 minutes before they closed and the door were already locked the said the were out of meat.. they close at 11:00pm closing prior is unacceptable

  worst workers i’ve ever seen give literally nothing and are so rude, how am i gona pay basically $3 for a side cup of guac for it to be half air

  I should have read the reviews before stopping into this Chipotle for lunch. The restaurant itself is clean. The service at the counter was fine. Yes, the portions are noticeably smaller than other locations but honestly, I never finish my entire bowl anyway so I didn't really care about that. When the employee finished making my bowl, there was one person in front of me, waiting to pay at the register and one person behind me, getting his food made. Whoever was at the register just decided to walk away. We then proceeded to stand and wait to pay for our food. The line piled up behind us, there were at least a dozen customers with their food made and no one to check us out. Meanwhile, the person that appeared to be the manager was walking around, head down, not making eye contact with any of us, and taking temperatures of the salsa. She did this while there was obviously no one working the register and a huge line of people piling up. Two of us said something and the employees just looked at us and shrugged. We continued to wait, just staring at our food getting cold. The person taking salsa temps finally decided to come back and check us out. Obviously I understand that it's important to take food safety seriously but what an odd time to do that (lunch rush) and then completely ignore us while doing so. I did fill out the survey but there was no opportunity to actually elaborate on the concern/complaint so I decided to write this review.

  We have been getting our chipotle from here since this location opened in 2024. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to our vegetarian requirements.
