  This is not the best location. The line is empty but the online orders/Uber have 8 people waiting for more than 15 minutes. The whole purpose of online ordering is having your order ready when you get there. Management is a mess on this location.

  Small burrito and they couldn’t even roll it up decently. They need better training. Poor value for the money. I should have gone to taco macho!

  03/24/2026 All people who are currently work at chipotle this afternoon 1pm please go to PANDA Express and work there for 3 months and take training from their employers. Am a nutritionist I told them I need double high protein bowl which has 81 grams protein with 760 calories as described in the chipotle website. Double adobo chicken.. they are not able to understand what am asking for and one guy comes and says give the small boxes of chicken to him and she started packing I said I need a bowl not just the boxes. Other ladies comes and says we don’t know what’s that then I had to show them in detail what I need from their website. They still confused what they have to do.. and one guy from kitchen started commenting and shouting at me. I said look you have no knowledge and don’t yell at me. The other manager lady comes and says sir we will not serve you. Definitely you cannot serve coz you have no idea what is double protein bowl means. As she got embarrassed that she doesn’t know. I said I don’t want to eat where you guys don’t know what is your menu is in the first place and poor other girls they can’t speak or talk as they don’t understand English. First please train these guys and educate them on all aspects of e2e 1: what menu is 2: what customer service is 3: how much to serve and what is protein and calories is and what is protein bowl means especially 4: And make sure to speak good and confident and give best to customer. And the owner on this comment will say. THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE AND FEEDBACK PLEASE REACH OUT TO BLAH BLAH BLAH ridiculous people and ridiculous place. BS

  First time eating at Chipotle and I can tell you that the best thing that achieves this brand is that you have a home food feeling. The flavor good and to have the option of drinking mexican Coke is really really good. The attention in Spanish of the jewel in the crown.

  In my 3rd attempt to go to this chipotle, I was yet again disappointed. The first time, out of tortillas. The second time, out of guac, sour cream, tortillas (again) and fajita veggies. This time, my wife orders a salad like usual and the person serving her didn’t think to mention that they were out of salad dressing, that literally comes with a salad, guac and rice. I don’t understand how this location is constantly that behind on orders or prep. As a Chipotle lover, the constant disappointment from this location deters me from chipotle completely as a brand.
