I visited this Arby’s just before closing since Google shows the closing time as 11 PM. As soon as I walked in, the staff member (Adrian) immediately told us they were closing in five minutes without even greeting us. I explained that my kid just wanted an Arby’s burger, so we quickly ordered. While my child was still eating, Adrian came again and interrupted us saying they were closing. I understand closing time policies, but the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. It was only a matter of a few minutes for a kid to finish a burger. Unfortunately, the experience felt unprofessional and not customer-friendly.

Food wad pretty good, as usual. The service was extremely rude and condescending. If I wanted that I would go to Paris. Totally unacceptable in the Southern US.
I will not be coming back as long as that employee is there.
