I don’t have an issue withe portions just the way it is presented. Maybe put the fries in a separate bag.

What's the point of placing an online order if it's not going to be ready.

They were genuinely kind, upbeat, and positive, and it truly showed that they enjoy their work. That kind of attitude is so often overlooked, but it makes a huge difference and completely elevated my experience. The restaurant itself was also very clean and welcoming, which added to the overall great impression. From start to finish, everything felt well cared for. I truly hope management recognizes what a great team they have here, because these employees made this visit a standout experience. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
