None of the drink machines were in order and they barely had any bottled options. I find it very inconvenient since I had already paid for something and I didn’t even get what I had ordered. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it was cold and all of the ingredients wasn’t even on the sandwich. The chips that I have ordered only had about 5 chips in the bag and it was still sealed. I am surprised y'all still have a business. I will be calling corporate. 10 dollars plus a tip I didn’t even have to give for nothing. 😡😡

As soon as I walked in, the staff was at a sit down table and started looking me up and down like I was wasting their time ordering food. I went to order a Teriyaki sub and they were incredibly rude to me when I was just trying to consider what I wanted as toppings. The store was out of stock for a few items, but when I asked what was, the woman responded angrily and said “WHATEVERS ON THE LIST WE DON’T HAVE!”None of them even looked me in the eye and they expressed nothing but disdain in every response to a question I had. I would advise anyone who wants a sub to go anywhere but here. I am very disappointed in these people.
