What stole the show was an off duty employee came up to the counter in street clothes, put her order in by telling her friends what she wanted and she got her food before we got ours after waiting and paying. If she was working it might have been a little better. But just to jump in front of paying customers and get her meal before 3 other customers got theirs is ridiculous.

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, they didn't even have what we wanted available. It wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't ordered on the app, which meant it was pre-paid. Instead of canceling the order when they saw what it was they let us go thru the line, go thru the first window where she CONFIRMED OUR ORDER, knowing it wasn't in stock, we finally get to the second order and just offer something different, which we didn't want. Then they wouldn't even refund the payment saying it had to be done on the app, but the app says it has to be done at the store. So frustrating!

I notified them that night and still wasn't fixed when I came back to report the incident 9-16-25. I filed a report and was told I'd be contacted within 24-48hrs. That also did not happen. The restuarant phone is always busy so I've been unable to follow up. I can be contacted at the number or email listed on the report.
