I almost hate to give this review because the last time we went here, they did a great job. I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:25am, paid, and got confirmation. (Order # IT13) My daughter went to pick it up curbside and messaged me with the spot # she was at so I could update the app and have the food brought out. When I did, the app gave me a message apologizing, saying that the order had been canceled at 10:33am -- the same time we put the spot number in. She went in to find out what happened and what could be done, she was told by the manager, (who had a terrible attitude), that the app did it automatically and there was nothing she could do. Furthermore, it was now a few minutes after breakfast ended, so she couldn't even ameliorate the situation by replacing the order in person. No apology, no regret, no concern for a customer who just drove through the rain to get a meal, no $5 gift card, not even an ask of how they could make it up to us. I listened on the phone as the manager spoke with my daughter, then scurried off mid-conversation because the store was getting busy. Her attitude was ridiculous -- almost bullying -- and I'm leaving this review to try to let enough of my anger about her in particular to avoid going up there and losing it. My daughter is very nonconfrontational, and this crappy woman preyed upon her kindness to excuse her laziness and unwillingness to help fix a mistake made by her store.
Customer service should be a basic principle in any service industry, but evidently, this particular manager doesn't agree.
