My son is blind so he always places his orders online and I pick them up for him so I check them he loves the specials and usually gets whatever theme is going on. Last night he did the valentine box and of course when I get to the store around 815 the front door is locked so I go to the drive through and they claim they are completely out when I call my son he wants a refund and we are told we have to do that online. Online clearly states the refund is processed through the store but every time we call today the manager is in the bathroom. Does he have some sort of health issues idk but I’ll be heading up there to find out because enough is enough. I’ll be glad when a new location comes.
