    Something about a cool blizzard on a hot summer day just makes my day. I personally love the speed at which the workers here operate, putting the "fast" in fast food. I also appreciate when fast food restaurants have deal days. I got to enjoy the thrill of rushing to DQ to get a free ice cream cone. That line was long but man did they push through!

    Horrible experience tonight. Sat forever in line waiting after having our order taken by an impatient worker with an attitude problem. We specifically said no bacon on my husband’s burger as we don’t eat pork and yet there is was right on the burger. We had already pulled away from the window when we spotted it. Parked in a parking spot to find the doors are locked. An employee standing at the door told my husband we would have to go get back in line! We would have had to sit at least another 45 minutes if we had done that. He said he just wanted his burger fixed but they refused to help him. He put his burger in the trash and we left. What a waste of time and money. We will NEVER go back to that location. I’m shocked it’s even still open.

    Waited 25 minutes in the drive though for 2 ice creams. One was completely liquid when I received it. Workers don’t even say anything to you when you get to the window. Albany service 0/5.
