  This is the second time i’ve had an issue at this location in the past 2 weeks… I ordered a burrito bowl with cilantro rice, corn salsa, steak and regular cheese. I always get this. I picked up my order 2 weeks ago, and there was no corn or cheese in my bowl whatsoever. Just rice and steak. This time, today, I placed an order for the exact same thing. I got my order as described, however, the corn AND cheese were literally ice chilled cold. I don’t mean sitting out for a few minutes cold. I mean that the corn and cheese almost tasted frozen. I threw my food away. Absolutely no way to refrigerate it or reheat it. I always pick up my order and go back to work on my breaks to eat it. This is absolutely ridiculous. Honestly. They didn’t have the work ethic to even throw the damn corn in the microwave at least. Each order is $13 as well. Not “cheap” by any means. This is probably my last time eating here unless something changes or an effort is made by ownership to correct the issue. $25 down the toilet I suppose.

  I never write reviews but this location needs new staff immediately. Majority of them are rude and argumentative.Today at 10: 10 I got a chicken bowl and asked for a protein cup of chicken as well. The server did not give me a full scoop for the protein cup when i noticed how much extra room was left I asked could she fill the cup. She rudely stated she would have to charge me twice if she filled up the cup entirely. And that it’s only 4 oz of meat. I stated when i come here other servers fill the cup up with no issue, she stated quote on quote “ Thats why there inventory be messed up” and she could weigh the protein cup. I was shocked and surprised by the response. I came home immediately to weigh this protein cup and its not 4 oz of meat. Its weigh 3.3 oz. Almost an ounce is missing. I should have let her weighed it but i was ready to leave due to the rudeness and unnecessary commentary.

  This is one of the nastiest restaurants I have ever went in. I last time I went here prior to yesterday was 2 years ago. It was nasty then and still after all these years it is still nasty. Tables had food all over them as well as the chairs. Floor had napkins, food and all kind of things on the floor. I have heard others complain as well about this location. You would think time would have brought about a change but I guess not.

  I’ve worked all over the country, and I have to say by far this is the worst chipotle I have ever been to and I am an avid chipotle consumer. To start the staff looks miserable, their rude, unsanitary handling CASH with gloves on, then proceeding to get back on the the floor. Kitchen prep is terrible always running out of something no surprise from this location. Meat is always overcooked, rice is always undercooked or mushy slimy there’s no in between. Then you exit the line after you pay and get your drink and the damn fountain dispenser isn’t even labeled/setup right. Go to get minute lemonade and root beer comes out. Y’all need training bad because what yall go going on is kaos

  I would be lying if I said I’m surprised. I ordered a bowl and they gave me damn near just the bowl. You would’ve thought I was on a diet or something. The portions were beyond small, especially for what I paid. Like why is my fork touching the bottom of the bowl on the first bite? On top of that, the customer service was just as bad. The workers had attitudes and didn’t seem to care at all. And to make it worse, my chicken tasted burnt. I tried to thug it out but my taste buds weren’t having it. Moreover, when I go back to get a refund…they refunded me the wrong amount and THEN tried to argue my correct refund amount. Overall, ZERO outta ten. I would NOT recommend. Definitely not worth the money or “the chipotle experience”.
