EVERYTIME!!! Every single time I go it’s always the same thing, I ask for a crunch wrap with no tomatoes and still get freaking tomatoes. Absolutely disappointed in the LAZINESS of people

The girl working the window was unbelievably rude. Her hair was completely down and super long, which already felt unhygienic, and on top of that she messed up our order multiple times. She forgot several items, and every single time we politely said, “Hey, you forgot this,” she rolled her eyes, tilted her head back, and literally stared at the ceiling like we were inconveniencing her for doing her job. It was beyond unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, she acted annoyed and irritated that we even spoke up about the missing items. The attitude alone ruined the entire experience. The service there was just as slow and careless. Everything felt rushed, disorganized, and honestly like nobody cared. I’ve never felt so unwelcome as a customer. Between the mistakes and the nasty attitude, I will not be coming back. Train your staff better because this was embarrassing.

I am unfortunately traveling 700 miles by myself, at night time. I stopped in Adel, Georgia so that I could find my reading glasses and look at Google maps. I ran into use the restroom at Taco Bell and when I came out, I thought it would be best to grab something to eat for later (I'm keeping my stops to a minimum because I don't feel safe). My phone was in the car, so I did not have access to the app and I did not know how to use the order screen. The female employee was out front, at a table and told me she couldn't take my order because she was off the clock. I only saw two other employees, two guys, who were busy fixing orders. Look, I know it's inconvenient to have to stop what you're doing to go wait on somebody at the register who is not using the app. I get it. But I don't know the area, I don't know if this part of town is safe and I didn't want to go back out to my car and rummage around in the floorboard to grab my phone -just to access the app- when I was already standing right there. I was told that Adel was the safest area around (and maybe it was at Taco Bell, but by the time I got to the Family Dollar it was a different story) because as I was leaving, a sketchy looking guy rode up on a moped (or a lawn mower, I couldn't tell) that had a tire that was almost flat. There was an Easter basket and big stuffed rabbit tied to the front. I know when I'm in a bad part of town... I'm just saying, someone could have taken my order at Taco Bell. I am already anxious, tired, and now I'm hungry. Personally, I am tired of spending money at businesses who expect me to wait on myself. I don't believe in giving food service employees a hard time because I have worked in food service. They were doing their jobs and the girl that I spoke to was friendly enough.
