  Very disappointing experience. To start with, the staff were working without gloves. During the entire time I was waiting, I never saw them wash their hands — they were just wiping them on their pants, which is extremely unhygienic. On top of that, the pizza was overly salty and impossible to eat. I won’t be coming back.

  The last 2 times I have ordered from this location the pizzas have been crap. Minimal toppings all right in the center. Outside crust about 3 inches of the pizza where toppings should be. This Papa John's use to be good and have good food. Now it is just plain terrible. I don't know who owns this now or who they hire to prepare the pizzas. If this is the way they are trained by management then they need to close the doors and put up an out of business sign. I Wil never again order anything from this location. I live in Adairsville and we need quality establishments. I will order and pick up from one of the smaller retailers going forward. You are definitely not the only game in town.

  I ordered 2 LG pizzas online with 28.99 bundle with the works abd 1 topping the works pizza had all of the topping in the center of the pizza abd the dough was undercooked. Tired to call abd for hung up on. So I drive to the store abd get told that the phones have been resetting all morning. When I told the assistant manager what happened abd showed her the pictures of the pizza all I get is I can give you a discount I can't remake it if you don't have the pizza to bring back. I literally spent my last 30 dollars on these 2 pizzas and they won't we remake them or give me my money back. This is the worst store I have ever dealt with

  I consistently have a great experience ordering from Papa John’s. The quality of their pizzas is excellent, and they’ve proven to be very reliable with every order. What really stands out is their customer service—each time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and my orders have always been accurate. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and their service. Overall, a dependable and enjoyable spot for pizza. Highly recommend!
