  If your order is wrong they try and take the food back across the counter and use it to fix your order instead of throwing it away and remaking the order. Even if you ask them to do so specifically, they won’t. They’re inconsiderate and culturally uneducated. They do not understand dietary restrictions and allergies clearly if they are doing this.

  I usually order through my app. Fairly easy. Just make sure you have the right location. The app had me all the way in Colorado. I was able to get a refund through the app. Hopefully it was only a glitch with the street name.

  Kathy at the Adairsville McDonald’s is refusing to take orders in the drive thru. She was working the late night shift tonight. She’s telling people “their system is down” but other workers outside confirmed it is not. She is just being lazy. Literally just wanted a happy meal for my crying toddler on a long trip. If you don’t wanna do your job, go home, and let someone else get paid for actually working. Do better. 👏🏼 I’ll be making an official complaint as soon as I can.

  I would normally skip reviewing McDonald's. On the road you usually know what you are getting so you pull in. Easily the worst McDonald's ever. Undercooked food. Sarcastic and rude service. Called the management to share our feedback and call has gone unreturned. So it's easy to see why the employees probably don't like it either.

  Something was wrong with all drink machines in the place, another lady asked and was given a refund but I'd been waiting 15 minutes for my food and had to be somewhere. Staff seemed helpful but the fries were mostly cold small bits and the burgers were almost room temp by the time they got to me. Not sure if this is an indication of how far we have fallen as a country or just why I haven't been to a Mikey deez in 6 months.
