I recently stopped in to order a Biggie Meal and had a frustrating experience. The location didn’t have the pineapple citrus sparkling energy drink I originally ordered due to the machine not working properly. I was understanding and chose a different drink without any issue.
However, when I asked for a honey mustard sauce, I was told I would be charged extra. Considering I already had to adjust my order due to something out of my control, I felt like a small courtesy—like a sauce—could have easily been accommodated. Unfortunately, the employee didn’t make any effort to help or offer any kind of solution.
It wasn’t about the cost of the sauce, but more about the lack of customer service and willingness to make up for the inconvenience. A small gesture would have made a big difference.
Overall, the experience felt dismissive, and I hope management can encourage staff to be a bit more flexible when situations like this come up.

Wendy’s has always been one of the most mid restaurant chains in the world, but this one sucks especially. All of the teenage workers there look like they would rather be doing literally ANYTHING else than be there.
The food will kill you just like any other fast food restaurant, so choose wisely about your next bite as cholesterol, fat, sugar, calories, and sodium all contribute to major health issues down the line. I would ask myself next time I’m going down Cobb Parkway and hungry if I want to trade my future health for a bite of a low quality piece of garbage food that. Come on guys, eat somewhere else and stop slowly destroying your body. You’ll thank me later.

If i could give no stars I absolutely would. Says yall are open till 12am i placed a mobile order before 10 and I get there for yall to tell me you cant fulfill my order because you decided to break down the grill 2 hours before closing!? I will be calling corporate absolutely ridiculous.

If I could break off a small corner of 1 of the stars I would. I was only one in drive thru and they couldn’t handle 1 small order. Of course I didn’t check the bag so when I got all the way home I see they forgot a burger and a sauce that they charged me 50 cents for. Do owners of fast food restaurants hide in caves and not bother themselves with their businesses? Cobb County is like the trailer park for fast food.
