- BGBrenda GarciaApr 4, 20261.0I’ve never experienced such rude and unacceptable behavior from an employee before. Denise was yelling at my fiancé while he was simply trying to pick up our McDonald’s order. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude. I was at home sick, and we’ve never had a problem with pickup orders until now, so this was shocking. No customer should be treated this way. Management seriously needs to address this because that kind of behavior is completely out of line. She was extremely patronizing and unladylike. No class whatsoever and she should not be working with customers.
