    Literally waited in the drive thru to pick up an app order for 40 minutes. Then they handed us the wrong food. Then when we got the right food it was still wrong and missing things. Terribly small portions, lukewarm food. Haven’t gone to a McDonalds in over a year and this experience was more than enough for me not to return for at least another year to any McDonalds. (Will never return to this one ever again.)

    This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered for pick up in the app and I have been waiting literally 45 minutes for our food.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM AN EMPLOYEE AND I FEARED MY SAFETY: Today, on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 at roughly around 10am maybe a few minutes before or after I arrived after I placed a mobile order via the McDonald's app and picked it up at the drive-thru. A young Black female employee handed me my drink with the lid not properly secured, causing it to spill all over me and my vehicle. I waited for her to return to the window, but she ignored me. I eventually honked my horn and tapped on the window to get her attention. When she finally returned, I kindly informed her of the incident, and she responded by offering me a napkin. I explained that my drink had spilled, and I was missing some of it, and that my cup, myself, and my car were wet and sticky. I was very nice to this young lady from the get go. Her response was to offer me a napkin again and again like she didn't want to resolve the problem or help at all. She just kept looking at me and rolling her eyes so I then asked for her name, but she refused to provide it, rolling her eyes instead. She then offered to replace my drink, but simply she poured the remaining liquid from the original cup into a new one, complaining under her breath as she did so. I requested to speak with a manager due to her unprofessional behavior and attitude, which had been evident throughout the incident. She responded by stating that I had not seen her attitude yet but that I was about to and she proceeded to threaten me under her breath, using derogatory language. Fortunately, an exceptional manager intervened, acknowledging that they had received previous complaints about this employee, whose name starts with the letter 'D,' such as Destiny or Desiree. He offered me a freshly prepared drink and complimentary food or ice cream. Although I appreciated his efforts, my concern was the employee's lack of understanding and kindness in her customer service role. I felt sorry for the customers waiting in the drive-thru behind me, who had to endure her unprofessional behavior. The manager informed me that this was her third write-up for the day due to similar incidents and that he would be sending her home. I was impressed by the manager's exceptional customer service skills and wish I could recall his name. He demonstrated the ability to effectively manage a business and provide excellent customer service.

    If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got a mccrispy meal today and the fries were cold and I had mold on my bun. Which is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I got sweet tea with my meal which tasted like iced tea. When I asked the associate to give me another one she got an attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with this McDonalds location and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Do yourselves a favor and don’t bother eating here.

    Unfortunately my husband paid for his food and was unable to even pick it up due to how long he waited in line. We had to leave without a refund. The line was so long multiple cars left. Unsure of the ultimate issue but I hope they get it fixed pronto. 25+ minutes in line (with 4 cars left ahead of us) for a fast food restaurant is not acceptable.
