Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Numerous customers reported excessively long wait times, often exceeding 30 minutes, for their orders, leading to frustration.

Very disappointed. I tried to give them another chance but it was just as bad as the first.
I am allergic to both tomatoes and onions, and I don’t like mustard. I ordered my burger without those three ingredients. I get home and I find those three ingredients in my burger yet again.

The store was very clean and the workers were very polite and eager to make me a satisfied customer. I had the jalapeño cheddar sausage and egg biscuit and my wife had the honey butter chicken biscuit for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. We thoroughly enjoyed our biscuits. I will order the jalapeño cheddar biscuit again and my wife the chicken is really good...it is also good on the chicken sandwich.

Slow and expensive for median quality food. I'd pay a dollar or two more for a great experience, or a few dollars less for the experience I got.. $9 burger isn't worth the overall experience here. Watched multiple people wait several minutes before an employee even acknowledged them. One walked out before even ordering.

I honestly do not know what the hype is about Whataburger. To me Five Guys, Culvers and Main Street Eats blows it away on taste.
My husband and I ate here last Saturday, the restaurant was dirty, and we had to wait a long time on our food. We told the staff that the soda machine was out of a lot of beverages and they did not seemed concerned at all. Not sure how the service is at other Whataburger's, but do not waste your time going to the one in Acworth.

The employees working at this location are not thrilled with their job. Rude, and more dirty looks than helpfulness!
