I came back in 10 and said I was here, not expecting it to be ready.....no prob. Cashier said it was in the oven.....be right out. 5 min later I went back up......manager told me....no way it was still on his kids in the make line. He said he'd make it right away.....but had to ask what my order was.....so evidently......they never even keyed it in. I expressed my disappointment, where he said he had thousands of customers who said i was wrong. Are you ok with a 3.3 rating? I guess they are. Last time I was in the cashier pocketed my cash for extra to go sauces and never rang it in. This is THE WORST Papa Johns location I've ever encountered. I will never be back.....and am encouraging everyone I know not to use this pitiful location. I'd offer a zero star if it was possible.
