The workers here are new and they are doing the least. My order was wrong. Then I gave a discount code but nothing was taken off. When i asked he just looked confused and threw his hands up. So I came here cause I get a discount that I didn’t get. Then my large fries have been coming out the last few times half full!! Fill them up!!!! It’s simple. If I wanted a small I’d order that. The need more customer service training

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Cameron. Im currently up at McDonald's, 5145 Cowan Road in acworth. your employees told my husband & i that they locked the lobby at 10, and started being very rude about it. They tried to tell us we had to go through drive thru. I continued to place my order on the kiosk. I dont appreciate the rudeness and disrespect we got.

Listened to a manager berating one of her employees(expo) for food he didn’t even have yet, the she asked him what fries he needed, while completely ignoring his response… My wife ended up having to tell the manager that he was doing his job, and that he had been waiting for said burger, how does a manager not have the grace to not yell and berate an employee, especially when he hadn’t messed up, and to the point that the entire front end could hear. She is incredibly unprofessional. My wife and I waited 16 minutes for a hamburger happy meal, we heard expo ask for it 3 times, and everyone ignored him. It really just seems like the night managers don’t know how to manage, and the people on sandwiches don’t know how to read, apparently. My wife ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe, and they couldn’t even read far enough into it to see that she wanted the vegetables, so she ended up with a regular DQPC instead. If you want your order right, and in a reasonable amount of time, go absolutely anywhere else.

I’m extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled. I placed a mobile order and gave the restaurant the pickup code when I arrived, but they said they couldn’t find it. I pulled out of line to double check and gave them the code from my email receipt, and they still couldn’t locate the order. I called the store to explain that the money had already been taken out of my account and that I had both the receipt and code. I also told them my blood sugar was running low and I really needed my food. Instead of helping, the woman on the phone told me there was nothing she could do and that I should get my money back since they never received the order. I never got a refund and never got my food. The lack of effort or concern from the staff was unacceptable. It’s one thing for a mistake to happen, but it’s another for a customer to be completely dismissed. Worst experience I’ve ever had here.

Made us pull up for a simple order of double cheeseburgers and nuggets that is so the drive through timer says they are doing there job when in reality they are not stop making people pull up it's not OK for everyone else to get there food and I am still waiting 8 mins later for the same scrappy food they ordered
