The soup dumplings were delicious as were the house made noodles. The soup broth was rich and satisfying. The jasmine tea was fragrant, and on the drizzly overcast day we came in it was quite comforting.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
I’ve tried it a few times and everyone most or all of my food is cold or stale. They’re slow. They’ve forgotten to make my order. And the manager is rude to staff and customers.
I assume the good location keeps them in business.
The McDonald’s on Mars Hill at Brookstone is good. And so is the one further down 41.

Very bad service, 40 minutes of waiting for the food to be cold, it smells very bad and you can see that they don't clean, I asked for caramel pepper, they gave it to me wrong, everything was bad

9pm Consistently the worse experience I've ever had. Wait 15 minutes to "pay at counter" since their kiosk doesn't work. Just for employees to stare from the back while ignoring the lobby entirely, laughing and talking while waddling around. The kids in the bathroom are smoking weed then acting foolish in the front (still haven't paid for my order) this is ridiculous. Train your staff.
