There was a noticeable lack of respect, and the atmosphere came across as uncomfortable and prejudiced. Because of this experience, I will not be dining here again. I do not recommend this location to others.

When I expressed the issue with the owner, instead of being apologetic or understanding, I was met with the following annoyed response “Customers requested our pizza to be more NY style”. It was frustrating, to say the least being an actual New Yorker who has never eaten pizza like this anywhere I mean absolutely nowhere in New York. 😬🙃 After years of being a loyal customer, it’s clear that the level of service and quality has shifted. Time for me to take my business elsewhere. 😞
