When I expressed the issue with the owner, instead of being apologetic or understanding, I was met with the following annoyed response “Customers requested our pizza to be more NY style”. It was frustrating, to say the least being an actual New Yorker who has never eaten pizza like this anywhere I mean absolutely nowhere in New York. 😬🙃 After years of being a loyal customer, it’s clear that the level of service and quality has shifted. Time for me to take my business elsewhere. 😞

It came out with No mushrooms and No extra sausage. Im not a hard person to please.. Im sure I paid for what I asked for. I only had 4 bites of this on Friday. I had the rest today the 25th and it had NO SAUSAGE to be found ... Im disappointed with the fact I paid for something extra that just wasn't there... My son ordered his food .. not sure what he ordered but he must have gotten my extra sausage... he had a mound full of extra meat on his dinner. I get it all were busy... plus there was a table full of adults and they were very loud... and probably a little to much to drink... My daughter was wanting to leave due to her Autism ... She can't handle loud noises...Not your fault just a product of the environment.
