- LSLisa SinyardNov 19, 20253.0I do delivery 90% of the time. Most of the time they ignore requests to halve sandwich, include napkins & no Ice In drink. Additionally, why do they store white onions & iceberg lettuce next to each other. Then onions get dropped in lettuce & they can't tell. So onions end up on sandwich & the lettuce tastes like onions 🤮. Then have to dig thru sandwich to find the strays. Just move them on the line! Problem solved. 5 guys does the same thing. Mind boggling. Just be a little more detailed oriented & careful with your toppings to be back to 5 stars. 😉
