The app is $htb because it will tell you it's ready when it's NOT. I ordered a pizza and it was an hour before it even "went" in the oven, and another 30 mins before they even acknowledged in store that it was baking. I won't ever be ordering from this location again. I'd rather drive to Papa John's or Marcos because it's ready when they say it's ready

Placed an order Nov 2 for delivery. I live close by. Was promised delivery in the standard 30'ish minute window. Once the timer hit on the website, it just kept extending. Order sat at prepared, awaiting delivery. Attempted to contact the store multiple times, but no one would answer the phone. After 2 hours I wanted to cancel, but still could not get in touch with the store. I made alternate dinner plans. Almost 4 hours later, when I had given up on it and in bed it was delivered. Room temperature and had clearly not been kept above 140 to prevent bacteria growth. They keep promising a refund but over a month later I still has not been received. Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else.

Very rarely do I leave a poor review, but this Domino’s on Baker Road has been a complete disappointment lately. My recent delivery took far too long, and when it finally arrived the order was incomplete, the pizza wasn’t hot, and the wings were cold. I called the store to let them know and was offered either a credit or a remake. I asked for the order to be remade and delivered, and the person on the phone — I’m not sure if it was a manager or an employee — hung up on me.
I called back, waited on hold for about 15 minutes, and when someone finally answered I was told that if I wanted the order remade I would have to drive to the store to pick it up. Otherwise, the only option was a credit. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location, and each time there has been little to no customer recovery. There’s no empathy, no ownership, and no real effort to fix anything. Even when I tried to speak with a manager, it was clear they didn’t care to listen.
What makes this more frustrating is that this location has been getting a lot of poor guest reviews recently, and my experience fits right in with the trend. It’s obvious that something is broken here. Whether it’s training, leadership, or just how this store is being run, it needs to be addressed by the franchise owner or corporate. This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern.
A total disappointment from start to finish, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. I tried to give them a chance and even reached out to fix the issue directly, but they chose not to listen or make it right.

What an unfortunate first impression. We showed up for a take out order and noticed several customers who were waiting. After several minutes of no service, we had to speak up loudly for someone to acknowledge us. There was what appeared to be a manager or team lead that was rude to her staff in front of the customers and did not even look at her full lobby. While the staff member who eventually helped us out apologized, it made me upset that he was treated poorly in front of us. I think upper management should look into who they are putting in charge because this interaction truly is unacceptable.
