  My order arrived like trash. The pizza box was just thrown at my door like someone throwing away garbage. It’s cold and all messed up. This is inedible garbage.

  I recently ordered a timed/future delivery FOR AN EVENT. They did not even show up. They did not answer the phone. No email, no contact. After the tracker showed my pizza was out of the oven and ready for delivery it sat there and eventually said "canceled." I still have no explanation. I've reached out - no one cares. Finally - after sorting through all the bots you have to go through to get a human - I got a customer service guy that said, sorry, the owner of that store will reach out to you. Its been a week. If you are the owner and you are reading this - YOUR STORE HAS FAILED. The repeat bad interactions I have had with this store should be in a college-level business textbook on how not to operate a business. I do not want a refund. I do not want pizza for a year. I do not want anything, except for other people to simply not do business here.

  I have never written a google review ever good or bad. But what me and my wife experienced at this dominoes location was so atrocious that it needs to be said. We placed an order for 7:15 P.M. for three medium pizzas. The initial three pizzas were ready on time, but when we brought them to our car one was completely wrong. So we took it back inside, to get the proper pizza. We were told it would be 8 minutes. We did not receive the pizza for another 50 MINUTES at 8:15pm! My wife asked the staff multiple times if the pizza was being made to which we received no clear answer. Then i spoke with an employee asking about the missing pizza, he proceeded to say he'd find it, walked away, grabbed a delivery bag, and left the restaurant. So I then asked another employee who finally was able to do something, and got the pizza in the oven. Because apparently up until this point our replacment pizza hadnt even been put in the oven even though it had been almost 40 minutes. Finally after an hour from when the pizzas were supposed to be ready initially we had the correct food and went home. The entire time, not one staff member apologized, or offered anything for the extremely long and inconvenient wait such as making the medium pizza a large, or a drink or anything like that like most fast food or even restaurants will. Unless we said something, me and my wife were totally ignored and if we hadn't asked the staff over and over again for our food, we never would've gotten what we paid for. I say this with no exaggeration, that this was the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my 24 years of life. I try to be extremely patient with retail and food industry employees because i myself work in retail and know food industry is a rough job. But this was unacceptable, extremely unprofessional, and a total failure of communication and customer service. If i could rate 0 stars i would, because after all of this...once we got the food home, my chicken bacon ranch pizza...didnt have ranch.

  Absolutely terrible all around. Worst Dominos ever. Rude staff that are not managed in any meaningful way and they will leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up on you, if you order for delivery, expect it to take almost 2 hours if it ever even shows up. I drove to the store an hour and a half after my pizza was supposed to be delivered and spoke with the manager who was absolutely no help.
