The staff talked to me and really brightened my day! The time they took to be considerate and kind was impressive! I feel like life is so rushed and people forget to just be people- to connect- to actually make eye contact and talk! It was so refreshing and wonderful to have such courteous people who were helpful and engaging! Thank yall! Sometimes, it’s the little things that matter!

The line cooks were too preoccupied gossiping and complaining about a woman having to go to the car for her purse to pay they couldn’t focus on my order and give me all my items. Not to mention I can’t call corporate because they didn’t give me my receipt. I tried calling the store and nobody answers. Major flop tonight. Choose a different Chipotle.
