  I’ve been coming to this store since it has opened I usually come on Monday’s around the early afternoons during my breaks. The staff there is very sweet! very welcoming, and on top of that they make my food excellently. The only thing i’d complain about is the way the steak looks/tastes. It’s looked slightly burnt and crunchy, whenever I had gotten it it was difficult to chew. But over all, this store has won me over!!!! The other location won’t see me for a while 👀.

  The workers are not inviting at all. The portions they gave me were small as if they were reserving. The meat was very salty, I didn’t even finish my food and had to throw it away. I’ve never paid the price I paid for what I got. I’m gonna keep my service at the Acworth location where the atmosphere is inviting and I get what I pay for. I just wasn’t pleased.

  Man yall need to stop complaining lol like what are you doing, glad this chipotle came to this area also the staff was friendly and I had a very pleasant visit and chipotle just has that kick of spice that sneaks up on you as your eating, W chipotle location and food everyone else close yuh mouth that complains 😂😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Ordered an online pickup. Kids ordered cheese quesadilla with rice, adults had burritos. The rice they were serving was not done. I had to just cut open my burrito because it felt like I was eating termites. Kids aren’t fans of termite crunchy rice. Quesadilla wasn’t good either. Number to contact is just automated and you can’t get in direct communication with store. Wanted to try and let them know that the rice wasn’t done but now they will probably get numerous complaints from everyone doing pickup orders. So I’ll just take the loss and go to Moes.

  I decided I wanted to try Chipotle again, since the last one I went to was mediocre. It started off normal; I got myself black bean, rice, queso, and shredded cheese (I’ll get to that later). I got my drinks and sat down, ready to anticipate if this food chain improved, and yet again, the food tasted just, well, bland and lifeless. I know I could’ve had added salt but that wouldn’t work on that meal. But the most disappointing of all was surprisingly the shredded cheese. It had already melted into the queso by the time I sat down. And, let me tell you, stringy cheese does NOT work well with queso at all! Overall, I may or may not come back again, it is just too normal and not anything I would go out of my way for.
