  The staff at location is top tier. My food is great, my tea is fresh and perfect, and my interactions have been priceless! And the bathrooms are clean!!!

  I stop by this Bojangles regularly in the mornings and it’s always a great. . The food is always fresh and hot, they are always efficient.. the line moves quickly. The staff is super friendly, and I love that it’s usually the same faces in the morning — they’re welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind. That makes a big difference. I’d choose this Bojangles over McDonald’s any day. Keep up the great work!

  First timer.. Pulled up to drive thru smoke coming out of girls nose an mouth she was vaping at register, asked us to pull up ten minutes later we back up to window an smoke come pouring out the window again.. No Food ready sat there waiting, she ignored us .Then when I got my chicken stripe I ate 3 bites it was Raw, I ended up throwing up an in the shitter at rest stop.. The young man just ignored us, packed up our food an handed it to us not a word.. Customer Service Horrible..

  At 1/26/26 8:20-8:30 pm. I went drive thru and placed my order. The guy taking my order is laughing and telling me there’s a wait which I didn’t mind but there is no one in the parking lot. Why isn’t there food ready at a fast food restaurant. As I’m pulling to the paying window. There’s a black man in dark clothing handling the bo berry biscuits with his hands! No gloves!!! The workers touching the money now are also handling the food with no gloves and they are holding their head and clothes and hair and touching food. That is disgusting, unprofessional, and a food violation!! I just reported this to the health department. And to not have my order ready after 30 mins and trying to get a refund and trying to give me half a refund and scrapped food from the pan to make up for it is not okay. I expect fast food to be at least warmed not dry crusted mac and cheese from the bottom of the pan with hair possibly falling into it bc no one is wearing hairnets in there as well. The unit manager was very nice but the workers need to get it together. Hire someone who’s going to take their job seriously or train those kids to do better.
