  Very clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally attentive to our needs the entire time. The play area was a blessing as my granddaughter was thrilled with the opportunity to climb. The food was fantastic and is always consistently excellent. It is always a joy to eat here.

  For this Chick-fil-A that just opened it is really good the staff is super kind and helpful and just trying there best and that’s all that matters all these negative reviews are pointless people don’t understand how hard it is to work at a new place right off the highway to me this place is clean, easy and delicious! I hope nothing more but success for this establishment and Tristan is the worker that helped me and my mom he is very kind and patient. God bless❤️

  This is my third visit to this Chick-fil-A, and I continue having a bad experience. I specifically used the mobile order lane, which felt completely pointless since it took way longer than the regular drive-thru even after ordering ahead and scanning the QR code. There’s almost always something missing from my order, including sauces, straws, and utensils, and I end up having to ask for what I already ordered before leaving. I honestly prefer going to the Chick-fil-A on Highway 41. Y’all need to do better because other people seem to complain about the same things.

  I had a hiccup with my order yesterday, so I went back up to the counter to one of the workers, Stetson, who was VERY helpful. I was missing a large fry and two drinks and when I went up to the counter to get it fixed, Stetson was so quick to help me and make sure that my fries and drinks were given to me as soon as possible. He kept a very nice and calm demeanor, something you don’t see a lot in fast food these days! Other than the order hiccup, I had a lovely time at this Chick Fil A and the workers are very accommodating.

  Its hard to go to a chick-fil-a anymore because its no longer about the Customer. Ridiculous cost for food that takes longer to get than it would at a McDonalds and it doesn't seem to get better. I get its a new location, but that doesn't mean the staff is new. I don't even blame the staff, I blame management. This used to be a well oiled operation, now its only about the bottom line!
