  Girl working window 4/29/26 around 9pm was extremely rude. Nasty attitude. Love coming to this Taco Bell until tonight. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for people to be a decent human in customer service. Especially if we did nothing to you. If you hate your job that much just quit. Didn’t get her name considering drawer was assigned to Christopher.

  The girl working night shift drive thru tonight had poor customer service honestly made me not wanna go through that drive thru ever again, she was rushing me through my order didn’t tell me my total, I forgot to get my soda bc she rushed me snapped her teeth when I asked to add it on and my steak quesadilla cheese was not melted at all just pure shredded cheese not a bit melted. 0/10

  Just ordered food from this place. Never usually have an issue except for them shorting me on nacho cheese but other than that never an issue. But tonight I had a weird issue. Ordered three mini salads plus other food to the mini salads. Had no beans and one of them had no beef and beans and the third one was just complete. I don't know how that's even possible unless you're trying to do that. How do you make a mistake like that? It's weird. Let's see if the photos posted....Stick.....

  For the 2nd time in a couple of months, we were missing items from our take out order. The food we did get was not great. The burritos were falling apart and ingredients were missing off of other items. We had to get our own sodas, which is not a problem but the soda machine wasn't working right. The sodas were barely sodas because it was mostly carbonation. The manager was stomping around doing nothing and not helping her employees. This used to be our go to fast food restaurant for a quick dinner. We spent $60 for dinner. This is a pretty new restaurant that has went down hill quickly. This will be the last time we order.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell location. I went through the drive-thru and immediately felt rushed while placing my order. The employee taking my order repeatedly kept asking if I was done, even though I clearly wasn’t, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and stressful. On top of that, I could hear laughter in the background while I was ordering, and it honestly felt like they were making fun of me. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I pulled up, I asked to speak with the manager, hoping the situation would be handled better. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t take it seriously either and had a smirk on his face, as if he also found the situation amusing. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I hope this review reaches someone at a higher level who can address the lack of professionalism and improve customer service at this location.
