  10:48pm have an order for a customer from uber, i go to the door and ring the bell, both guys inside, one with their hair tied and one with a red hat are screaming in there like maniacs, saying “nooooooo!!!!” Im guessing because they had to make an order and they wanna be lazy , and did not open the door so i went back to the car to call them and immediately they put me on hold, since i at least got their attention cause i walked back to the door they finally opened, but yeah these 2 are terrible , sucks when you are just trying to work an lazy people like them just make it harder, 0 normal people in zephyrhills honestly

  Noticed this after we all ate a slice. Hair cooked into the pizza.

  poor service. team were slammed but had the nerve to complained to customer how busy they are. they need help. don’t appreciate being talked over while baking. will be calling corporate. UNACCEPTABLE

  This was my second "attempt" at Papa John's. I saw the commercial for the new Plan Pizza and wanted to try it to see how it compares to the competitor. I work in the same shipping place and ordered it when I got off work. I sat in my car and waited until it was down as "done" on the app tracker and drove to the store. Go inside and am told that it was made wrong and it would be another 6 minutes. I go back to my car (agitated and tired) and wait. Go back in after waiting and told it still want ready. Another 5 minutes. Total wait time over 30 minutes. Pizza was okay but not that great. Very soggy. Not gonna try this again.
