  Las alitas estaban bien, pero las papas fritas estaban terribles, demasiado ahogadas en aceite y al momento de entregarnos la comida, la bandeja en lugar de entregarla costada le entregaron vertical y se hizo un total desastre la bolsa

  I ordered at 8:10 I did not get out until 10:30 I felt the way they handled it was very disappointing it happened to everyone the workers seem to be high schoolers and no offense to them clearly cannot handle that type of situation which I think was also a big issue. The manager was God knows where. and finally came in after about two hours of waiting and finally started working The manager did Try to handle the situation by giving something free we chose veggies. We finally got it. We were so happy. but then we finally got home and the food was wrong A lot of business The food tasted all right, but the entire situation made it worse I completely understand something that opened a few days ago was going to be very crowded and that’s not their fault But my issue is more with the company or the manager I have no doubt everything will get better, but for now I want a refund

  Do not waste your time not becauseof the food, but because of the inability to handle walk in, uber and call in orders. I was able to drive to the wingstop in Tampa and back from Dade City before my order was even showing on the screen. A two hour wait time is ridiculous. Customer service was unprofessional. My money has value but wasting my time and gas is unacceptable

  They're understaffed... I placed an order @ 6:35pm, as shown in the screenshot, It was "ready around 7:11pm". It's Friday, so I went around 7:20pm to pick it up they told me another 70 minutes wait?!? Why don't you warn about the delay on the APP before placing the order?!?!! The place is packed, I'm sitting outside?!

  I know its opening day, but god damn..... 2 hours to get my order ready and the. SOMEHOW it was massively overcooked. Those were the dryest, most inedible wings ive ever got in my life. Threw away half of the 30 piece classics because half of them literally were so hard with so little dried meat around the bone that they couldnt be eaten. I hope they train the staff to cook the wings for proper time in the future, but blows my mind that with as many people waiting on orders as there were that they would leave the chicken in the fryers for too long....
