As a food service worker myself, I get that things happen. However, this time when I ordered, both of the chicken sandwiches I ordered were supposed to have only lettuce, but both ended up having an absurd amount of mayonnaise, pickles, and tomatoes. I would be somewhat understanding most of the time but pickles aren’t even supposed to be on this sandwich by default, so the employees had to go out of their way to put them on there. Also, that amount of mayonnaise is genuinely atrocious and most definitely done on purpose. In addition to all of this, the store is extremely slow when it comes to making orders.

- WWWilburDec 1, 20251.0I have doordashed baconator fries three times from this location and all three orders have arrived completely plain. The fries arrived in the container for baconator fries so it's not that the workers assumed that I was ordering plain fries, they're just going out of their way to not provide any toppings I suppose. I'm not sure what they assume BACONater fries are supposed to come with but as far as I can tell they don't think bacon is on that list, nor cheese. Baconator fries are supposed to have bacon and cheese. I've never had issues with any other food so my best guess is that a worker there extremely dislikes baconator fries specifically because that is the only explanation in my mind why I only have issues with my fries and I always have issues with my fries. If you have any intention on eating baconator fries I would suggest you find another location because this one is dead set on not making any.
