I had gotten a chia banana boost smoothie and on two separate occasions there were ground up date pits in the smoothie that I choked on. I told the manager about this and he told me that I complained too much and that there was no way that they messed up that much. He then told me that he no longer wanted my business and refused to answer my questions as to why since I had done nothing wrong. He then proceeded to harass me by calling my cell phone multiple times (even calling from his personal phone) until I answered just so he could tell me not to come back. I am absolutely mortified and downright scared by his heinous behavior.
