I got there 5 minutes early and then proceeded to wait no joke 46 minutes!!! because they left my order to be last. Not only did I have to deal with an upset customer. The order was only 2 tacos and a drink. After reminding the staff I am here every 10 minutes they then put the order on the back counter where I couldn’t reach and tried to ignore me when I said that was my order. Then they didnt believe me and asked for proof in which I showed them… although I had already showed them 46 MINUTES AGO!!! I wasnt even getting food for myself I was a delivery driver for them being treated with such disrespect and a waste of my time.

The woman then tells a person behind the counter that we’ve been trying to pay and they throw her a gift card and tell her I’m getting one too. They started taking cash orders once the lady complained I got there at 12:08 and left at 12:28, no food, didn’t pay. I won’t be paid off by a gift card to not complain about your business. I will not be continuing my business with this location, thanks.

They surely charged me to add the lettuce, but it was nowhere to be found. Last time, got 2 meals; was charged for 3 but still only given 2. GET IT TOGETHER
