And whoever clicked the computer to say that our food was. Delivered to us at the time listed was way off. We waited over twenty minutes to two pretzels and melted slushie drinks. Never again. Never again.

My son's burger was literally refrigerator cold, so I had to get back in line to get a new one, the new one was only a single burger, had to get in line again to get the right one. I was there 25 minutes trying to just get food.My 11 year old daughter just wanted to get home, she has some sinus issues, it was a nightmare. I tried to give sonic a chance and it was a very bad situation. No one seemed to really care, ... horrible. I called the number that the"owner" said to call and I got a lady from a different country, didnt speak goid English, and had no idea how to actually record my complaint! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Unbelievable, Sonic should be ashamed of this!!!!!!
