    Awful!!! Dine in customers are ignored. They only care about the drive thru. Food is cold most of the time. Food is wrong most of the time or missing. The wait inside is 30-40 minutes to get your food.

    Yall charge 3.5x more than you used to an snack wraps. Yet throw rubbery small tenders in em half the time. This is the only reason i come to mcdonalds as the rest of yalls food is gross. When i worked at this mcdonalds they told us if the tenders were that small to use two of them. Super sad that yall think you can charge triple for half the size. Same with my fudge sunday now my girlfriend mad at me because yall didnt fill it like you usually do. Lazy, yall just there for the paycheck

    Truly a shame to see how McD has imploded on their poor focus. Walk in guests are not a priority just like hot and fresh. Store is so loud that dining in is actually stressful. I spent 8 years with the company in Philly and Providence markets. The focus on details is gone, your food gets thrown in a bag and handed off thru a cut out in the wall. Even if you said dine in. And the standard of folding the bag closed and presenting it to the guest with Logo Forward gets looks like you are speaking in a foreign language. No wonder sales are down 20% surprised it is not higher, and all self imposed.
