  My experience is usually okay,in the day time, but at night there's usually a slow long waiting time, and the food isn't usually up to standards as far as being fresh ,it's always old burgers and cold fries,and never any apple pies available at night or ice cream cones,and the service isn't usually very friendly for some reason a lot of bad attitudes

  We ordered two egg and cheese biscuits and they tasted like they have been sitting all night. The place was over run with homeless people at 6am in the morning. There was no staff present out front or in the lobby the whole time we were there. When you order they just leave it at the window inside. There's no table service like there is at every other McDonalds. Whole experience was terrible. We won't be back.

  Place is a literal joke. I ordered through Uber Eats. I understand that is a 3rd party however my order gets made and never shows up. I called Uber Eats and according to them McDonald’s is still making my order. So which is it? Is McDonald’s telling the truth? Was my order picked up? Or is Uber Eats telling the truth that a driver never confirmed the order. So I call McDonald’s no one answers the phone. I called 10 times and gave them space in between they may be busy. After a while I jump in my car drive down and talk to the manager a white lady and I tell her the situation / scenario and she tells me it isn’t her problem. Uber Eats is responsible. I understand it’s 3rd party but I’m your customer at the end of the day. I wanna feed my family after a long stressful day. Horrible experience. I’ve been in food service for over 15 years and have never treated someone like this. Now I’m stuck with $60 in limbo waiting 3-5 business days for a refund I need to feed my family now. DON’T GO HERE. IM POSTING ON FB, IG, TIKTOK all channels. Don’t come here!

  Went to this McDonald's for the first time since Covid. I should have stayed away completely. Had the quarter pounder with cheese and the meat was RAW on the inside and my wife had same and it was also raw. We asked for another one and would you believe it was also RAW. Decided to cut my lose and just at the fries and vanilla shake. I'm done with any McDonald's. I'm a twice transplanted liver patient and just had a kidney transplant. Raw meat can " KILL" me on the spot. Thank you McDonald's for your SERVICE but you won't be serving me anymore.
