Had my favorite chicken, favorite fries, and even my favorite blue cheese dressing. But in my most recent visit, to say I was severely disappointed is an understatement. The size of the chicken tenders halved, they're not even a meal anymore. They used to be relatively good value for the price because they were large, but what I just got was 3 tenders each the size of my finger. Second of all, the flavor of everything and general quality has also gone way down. The tenders aren't as crispy as they were, they skimped on the seasoning powder, the fry oil tasted old like it doesn't get changed as regularly, and the fries were soggy (they used to be divinely crispy), the blue cheese dressing is different now and not as good, it used to have actual chunks of blue cheese in it, and I would go out of my way to purchase extra blue cheese to take home it was so good, but now its all blended and creamy and lame. Also, less annoying but still noticable, its not as spicy as it used to be. I always used to get the waiver spice level because it was perfect for me, but now its weak. It's all lacking what it was before. Until the quality is what it was, either drop the prices and be like every other fast food, or step your game back up and bring back what yall were. I want to enjoy my favorite chicken again, and I want to give yall 5 stars like you used to deserve.

Update….after almost 40 minutes I went up to check on the order and saw it had been sitting on the country for who knows how long. It looked pitiful, cold overcooked fries, tenders were small and soggy. They weren’t cheap, and I certainly didn’t have time for them to remake it. Had to wait around for almost another 10 minutes for the manager to come in and refund me. Considering all the other hot chicken places in the area, many of which we have been to and had much better experiences, we will not be coming back.

First off the STRAWBERRY Millkshake is the best shake Ive ever had no lie I don’t even like sweets like that but I need one of these shake everyday lol so smooth and creamy !!
