We were greeted by a young lady who didn't have knowledge about the menu or specials that were clearly posted by the door she refused to offer the posted prices there was 6 of us dining in we decided to stay and eat anyways. After ordering our food we sat down and noticed the restaurant despite not being busy at all was dirty several of the tables had clearly not been wiped down. We waited quite a while for food which when we received our food it was all overcooked. I ordered a sandwich and wings everything was well done the fries the chicken wings were so hard I couldn't but into them and the chicken sandwich was also tough and dry because of how overcooked it was. Highly disappointed in the hangry joes team and food.

First, weve been wanting to try it and today we got a coupon in a local zephyrhills magazine for bogo entree. We go to use it, the lady says she hasnt spoken with managenent about the coupon yet to be able to apply it. Apparently no manager working for her to be able to ask or the owner(manager) didnt relay any information to his/her staff about it. So she couldnt do anything. Wild that theres no way to ask this question, no info passed down to staff, or no discount button being that it is a chain. You simply have no fix. Next, since we were there already we still bought the items we were going to get with the coupon. I got tenders with sauce on them that require a fork to eat them with and my wife got a plain sanwich that just didnt taste good compared to the other 100 chicken places out there now. I looked around for a fork since it wasnt in the bag so i didnt have to bother the lady. Assuming at a sit down restraunt there would be cuttlery somewhere. There was none, i then ask her and she said they were out. Thats amazing your out of forks at a place that sells food that requires forks like my sauced tenders, mac n cheese bowl, rice bowl, etc. So you dont take coupons you put out, no communication, sell items that require cuttlery, have a large audience of elderly people that im sure dont eat most of your items with out it. I get why no one eats there. Yet open till 3am lol. Amazing. We will go to one of the other 100 chicken places.

I only eat homemade. The chicken is always crispy and the sauce’s are on point. On this occasion, my son ordered us food to be delivered from Uber eats delivery driver never attempted to deliver the food and they refused to give us a refund. We Called Hangry Joe’s and asked if there was any anyway they could help us get a refund they’re so good that they went ahead and re-made the order for us and we went and picked it up even though Uber eats refused to do anything. I wanna thank you guys for coming to Zephyrhills and providing such good customer service and food. Thank you. we will definitely be ordering from you guys all the time.
