I opened my sandwich and it didn't have bacon, I called Five Guys, they apologized and offered me a replacement on my next visit (ticket #66). I went in to day to redeem my replacement order, got home neither the onions or mushrooms were grilled. The sandwich was so messy and wet. I opened it up and picked at it trying to salvage what I could. I don't want a replacement. Just want others to know you simply don't get what you pay for. Highly disappointed 😞 😕
