I have again gotten the wrong food for my order, and this time my drink also came with zero flavor. I got a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin, and a large hot latte extra shot of espresso and caramel. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and the right coffee with the right label, but it has zero caramel in it. I would have turned around and gotten it fixed but I was on my way to work and didnt have the time after already being in the drivethru for 15 minutes. That's the other thing. Its consistently very slow. Any orders here take 15 to 20 mins to get. I'm fine for it taking time. But taking that much time and still getting wrong is infuriating. Please do better.
