It shouldn't take 30 minutes to an hour in the drive thru. It's so bad that people are honking in line (which backs out to the dollar general). This place used to be quick but idk what happened! They take care of one car every 10 minutes. I got in line at 854 and its 925 now - havent even gotten to the window. I think management and corporate need to hire more people asap. Its not just the weekends either.

When I tell you, my entire order was wrong except for 1 thing. I'm not sure if the cashier was new, but she definitely does not need to be on the register by herself. This was my first time coming back to Dunkin' Dwonuts, after six months from a another incident. Well, i'm officially done! I'd rather go to starbucks and pay a bit more for better service and I know my order will be right!

Worst customer service. I walked in the store and went to the pickup area for door dash. I was not acknowledged whatsoever. After 3 minutes of standing there, I asked the guy that was making drinks if he had an order for “customer” and he just shakes his head yes. Another worker comes to me and says “had anyone talked to you yet?” I reply with “I think he’s making the order but no, he hasn’t TALKED to me yet.” All 3 workers were just plain rude and didn’t care about any customer.
“On February 5th, at around 5:30 PM, I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts in Zephyrhills. Typically, I enjoy my visits, but this time, while I was speaking with the cashier, a young employee from the drive-thru interjected and responded with an attitude. I was not placing a drive-thru order, and I found the interaction quite disrespectful. She was very quick to tell me that there was nine people ahead of me and that I was the last one and I needed to wait I will not tolerate this type of behavior I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience in the future.”

Dunkin started this new thing with shoving credit card machines in your face to up tip generation. SMH - this is simply sad for two reasons. One, because it trying to use manipulation to get people to tip by playing on their self esteem. Pretty sneaky idea. Two, to generate more tips from non cash customers. But if you want tips to go up, hire people that care and have customer service. Very emotionally detached people. If we as company owners start holding our staff more accountable - we will start getting better people. Chick fil a does it, why can’t dunkin? Service is as subpar - I’ll go to the next Dunkin and 0 tip for this morning one. Step it up Dunkin or close it down.
