I got the seasonal pumpkin pie Blizzard, but it was not good, imho. She didn’t make it wrong or anything, it just wasn’t good. After three bites, I couldn’t. So I sheepishly asked if she could swap it out for something else, and she happily did so! Great service!

- MCMichael ColeAug 29, 20251.0I visit this store often, usually in the day when the service, food and employees are fantastic.... HOWEVER the night crew a COMPLETELY different story!!! Just went to get a quick bite, ordered a $7 chicken strip meal. I asked as I always to for CRISPY FRIES. The worker Madison said okay, but didn't type in my request. I paid my order and asked please tell the kitchen crispy fries. She didn't, and I asked again. I get my drink and all the sudden my order is up. I said no way they crispy fries and her response was they are always crispy. I pull them out of the bag and sure enough the were barely warm and soggy, probably been sitting around a while. Then finally they made me Fresh Fries (they weren't). At this point the night Mgr Jessica come over and I explain what's going on and she said I need to order in advance for that request. Which is never a problem when I go into to order during the day shift. So she gives me her sour face look and couldn't have cared less. Absolutely horrible service and food. I'll NEVER go back at night shift again.
