  If I could rate lower I would. It’s always something with this location opposed to any other in 20 mile radius. Save yourself the headache and go to Wesley Chapel Blvd. Food hardly ever fresh, workers think they’re never wrong… I could go on

  Kylee was so kind and helpful! She took her time to help me decide on one of the new sauces and was even able to explain how each of them were made. The food was delicious as always!

  It has been over a year since I last visited this location, due to the poor service and slowness. The worst part was seeing seven employees milling about—yes, they were technically working, but they spent more time wasting time by talking loudly and laughing than actually attending to the three customers waiting in line inside the establishment. We stood there for 10 minutes—perhaps waiting for a shift change at 4:30 PM—yet no one came to the counter to assist us.At 4:45 PM, a young man served us and took our order. I could say the service on his part was good, but I practically had to beg him to give me a little extra rice and beans; he doled it out very grudgingly. When we went to sit down, I asked if any of the seven employees milling about the area could clean the tables, as they were stained and hadn't been cleaned properly. At that moment, the establishment was completely empty; only my companion and I were in the lobby. Then, around 5:00 PM, I noticed one of the employees—to be precise, I saw her take a piece of protein from the bar and put it into her mouth. It was clearly visible that she was chewing whatever she had popped into her mouth. She was the only female employee—a redhead—present at the time. What she did was, to me, the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed right before my eyes. I just hope the corporation takes a closer look at its employees—specifically, that they receive better training. Before they even begin their shifts, they should learn to greet the people consuming their food—the customers—and learn not to waste time chatting amongst themselves, but rather to focus on their work. Furthermore, they must be taught not to handle the food with their bare hands or pop it into their own mouths right in front of customers; that was the most disgusting thing I saw today, AFTER SEE THAT ACTION, STAND UP AND LEAVE THE BUILDING

  I ordered online today from Chipotle Mexican Grill for two people, and this was my first time trying this location. Honestly, the food was completely unacceptable. The only thing I was able to eat was the meat. Everything else was extremely spicy to the point of being inedible, and I normally don’t mind spice. On top of that, the rice was 100% undercooked—almost like it was taken straight from the bag—and the beans and other ingredients were just as bad. This was not just disappointing, it was a waste of money. I ended up not being able to eat most of the meal.Not to mentioned the ordered was not correct upon arriving at the house. You may ask what what ordered. I ordered chicken bowls, something very standard, so there’s really no excuse for this kind of quality. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this location—or any other Chipotle—again.
