I had an issue with my order tonight though that I wanted to report since this seems not to be up to their usual standards. The lettuce on my sandwiches was wilted, slimy and discolored. Clearly shouldn’t have been used but unfortunately was. I tried to report through the app so they are aware of this issue but couldn’t quite get the details and images across. You guys are one of the best fast food places due to your attention to detail but please make sure all of your employees are upholding the regular chick fil a standards!
- BWBilly WilsonMar 13, 20265.0So, tonight we wanted to go out for a bite to eat and take in a local movie. We got a late start so we went for fast food at Chick-fil-a. (Movie started in less than an hour) We went thru the drive thru, placed an order for two chicken sandwich meals one with fries and one with a side of chicken soup. After getting our order I realized we only got one sandwich. I was fuming since I had to walk inside & wait in line to shake them up a bit. I told them what they did. They had not charged me for the sandwich so I fully expected I'd have to whip out my debit card again. To my surprise, they smiled and gave me the sandwich for free and also gave me a gift card for a free meal. Then when I got home I viewed the receipt and saw where it was good for a free chicken sandwich if I'd take their online survey. Well Golly Gee, now I have a free meal plus a free sandwich in addition to the one they already gave me. I think I'll return there at least to collect my freebies. Great customer service still lives at least a Chick-fil-a.
