  Do not waste your money, you pay their whole hour of pay to get cold food that is sandbagged, and can't even be bothered enough to put sauce in the bag. Shame

  When I pulled up to the drive-through, a man said will be right with you. After several minutes, I said hello, a girl said go ahead with your order I ordered a double roast beef, classic beef, and cheddar, four piece mozzarella stick, five piece jalapeño bites, and a medium Coke. When I got to the window, there was a car there, but it took five minutes before that car left. When I rolled up, I asked for extra horsey sauce. When I got home, there was no marinara for my mozzarella sticks and no berry sauce for my jalapeño bites. Also no napkins. Fast food is not that hard guys come on.

  Service extremely slow then on top of it right after I finally placed my order some guy stated he was out of there and left he quit

  I love Arby's but they were struggling this visit with new staff. Long wait for food... But it was good once it came. Management needs to fix the soda machine so it's not flooding the floor! 🫣. I used a Save Club BOGO coupon so I got a free sandwich! That made up for the wait. Comment if you'd like the Save Club app, I'll hook you up for free.
