Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I come here quite frequently at night with my partner. They always are friendly and polite. Some nights even funny! But we keep having issues with not receiving sauces we paid for and accuracy on our sandwiches. I'm allergic to onions and I've had to opt out for only getting chicken tenders because it's a constant issue when I even make it clear that I don't want onions on my sandwich. Definitely recommend this restaurant but make sure your order is right before leaving.

We've been coming here for years whenever we are in town and it has always been pretty good. Tonight the French Fries were greasy and over cooked. The grease was in need of a change. I wasn't going to eat them because of it which is wrong since I paid for them. My wife decided to get them replaced. The girl, Madeline, Melissa or something like that, said absolutely not!! Well that tipped off my wife immediately and they got into it pretty good. The woman said that we let them get cold and she wouldn't replace them. Cold wasn't the issue, they were nasty and should not have been served to me in the first place We told her that they sat there because I couldn't eat them. The manager came over but he was a little timid. I told him it wasn't a cold issue it was a crap issue. As we explained to him the grease needed to be changed and he agreed with that. But the lady just stormed off. Also. The mens room was a filthy mess. No soap! Trash on the floor. Hadn't been serviced all day. Poor management. Last time we stop here.

They’ve gotten my order wrong four times, have taken a long time to fix them or make my meals in general, and have never apologized for any of them

1st visit to a Whataburger. While family wants to eat here again. Not sure if its the location or just Whataburger but its the best all around. Especially here. The manager and staff were super nice and its now my all time favorite fast food burger joint.

The burger I got was pretty good, fries could have been better. Service through the drive through could be better. The worker told me the #1 only comes with a burger and drink, which is wrong. Meals come with drink, fries and burger. Hard to hear, they mumble and when you tell them you couldn't hear what they said, they laughed. Maybe speak more clearly. I'm not old, so what happens when older people use the drive through.
