    Came here on a Sunday around 2:30pm from out of town. After ordering and checking reviews, we were a little worried. However, our order was correct and food was fresh. No complaints.

    I ordered through the mobile app, and I was missing tater tots and they put mustard and pickles on a burger when I requested them not to. I went to the drive thru to try to remedy the order and was in the line (not even past the menu board) for over 30 minutes. Nobody could even leave the parking lot because the line was backed up so much.

    Went through drive thru to order lunch for 4 people. Several minutes wait time before getting to the speaker, then employee apologized for the long wait- which was fine. After ordering, I waited another 15-20 min in the line with 3-4 other cars. The car behind me eventually sped off- clearly angry with the long wait time. When I got to the window, I paid, then was handed a drink and two bags. Employee did not say anything, but walked away. I wasn't sure if that was the entire order, so I sat there for a few mins. Finally the person came back and asked what I wanted- I just wanted to know if that was everything in the two bags, she said yes and I left. Upon opening the bags to eat, I realized I was not given a receipt. My order included cheeseburgers- no pickle, chicken club- no mayo (and a few other things). This was read back correctly at the time of ordering. The cheeseburgers had pickles and the chicken club had mayo. It also did NOT have bacon. The tomato on it was inedible- brown hard stem in the center. I contacted Sonic online via chat and to report/ask for refund. I submitted photos of the food and was told that it was escalated and someone from the store would call me. No one called. Several days later, I contacted them again and they confirmed that it was reported to the local management according to their records and they were reporting it a second time- to expect a call or email. Never heard from them. I also went to that locations' Facebook page and messaged them. Still no response. I called their local number and no one answered, just a message that they were closed. As if the long wait time and wrong food wasn't bad enough- they won't even follow up and give a refund. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

    it literally never fails that if you customize a burger itll always come wrong. even after you ask them to fix it and when they bring it back wrong again theyll blame your miscommunication on an already ordered item. its not my fault nobody who works there can read a ticket. its absolutely ridiculous the lack of brain in that place. we wont be back dont worry its not worth the hassle. to get exactly what i ordered is like pulling teeth with tweezers. no thanks

    Wouldn't know how the food tastes. We ordered, paid, and watched our food sit for 20 minutes in the bag on the counter by the window. Asked for fresh food as would be cold. Server stated she'll just give us money back and then asked for our drink order back! They were empty as we had been sitting for 20" in the same spot so gave her empty cups and got our money back. Awful service.
